I received my blue dream breeder pack today after placing the order on 9/28. They where packaged securely but I had 3 DOAs and a ripped in half orange neocaridona shrimp, waiting for their response on how an orange shrimo got into my blue dream breeder pack. I submitted my claim and now awaiting instructions and clarification on what happened. All my other shrimp seem to be doing fine.

Very small (~1/4”) but has been very healthy and active so far about 1 week after tank intro.
I have previously ordered shrimp from shrimp business and had a great experience with 10 adults and a couple surprise babies, all very active and healthy. Unfortunately, this time, I ordered 10 shrimp, 1 arrived dead and broken in half, and one was barely alive and had died by the next morning. All others are doing well about 1 week out, but 20% of the order basically dead on arrival was disappointing.
Beautiful fish! Carefully packed. Plants arrived healthy. 1 blue tetra and 1 blue emperor were dead on arrival.
