Shipping Insurance

This is a pre-order item with an estimated ship window of 30 days. We only ship animals when weather conditions are safe to ensure they arrive healthy, happy, and stress-free.

Please note that your entire order will ship together once all items are available. Don't want to wait? Choose a Split Shipping option at checkout to receive your in-stock items right away and your pre-order item(s) separately once restocked.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-order items are reserved or specially sourced for each customer and may not be available for resale once an order is placed.
As we commit inventory and incur costs to secure these items, a 15% cancellation fee applies to all pre-order cancellations.
