All shrimp arrived alive. Ordered the breeder pack and got 11 shrimp instead of 10 which was happy suprise. Shrimp already had babies just 2 weeks after getting them.
I ordered twelve and they shipped eleven. Plus I had several dead shrimp when they arrived. Gwen from customer service has issued me a gift card. Still packing and shipping should be made aware and quality control needs to improve.
