Every order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If any shrimp, fish or invertebrate arrives dead, we'll do our best to reimburse you for the lost animals. Just photograph them and start a claim within 24 hours of delivery.
We guarantee the live arrival of eligible livestock when all shipping and delivery requirements are followed. If an eligible animal arrives deceased, please follow the claim requirements for the applicable product below.
In the rare of case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
To submit a claim within 12 hours of the first delivery attempt or pickup.:
•Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the unopened bag.
• Take a clear photo of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish after opening the bag and lay it down on a paper towel so the quantity is clear and visible.

For approved claims, customers will receive a store credit or a gift card for the cost of the affected invertebrate(s) and/or fish, or a replacement. Replacement shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In some cases depending on the quantity and value of order we may reship the order.
Note : Customers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate aquarium setup and suitable water conditions before ordering an axolotl.
Snails
Snails may remain inactive for several days after arriving due to transportation stress.
Please allow up to 5 days for a snail to become active after arrival.
If a snail has not moved after 5 days or shows clear signs that it has died or start to smell, contact us with photos and your order number. For approved claims, customers will receive a store credit or a gift card for the cost of the affected snails, or a replacement. Replacement shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Aquatic Plants
Aquatic plants may experience temporary stress after shipping. Wilting, melting leaves or dry-looking stems do not necessarily mean that a plant has died.
Please allow the plant time to acclimate and recover after arrival for almost 15 days.
If a plant arrives severely damaged or appears to be dead upon arrival, contact us as soon as possible with the clear photos of the plant as received on info@shrimpybusiness.com
Plant claims will be reviewed individually based on the condition of the plant upon arrival.
DOA Claim Requirements
DOA claims must be submitted within the applicable timeframe listed above.
Claims may not be approved if:
• The required photos or documentation are not provided.
• The animal was left outside or unattended for an extended period.
• The package was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• The package was forwarded to another address or the package was routed to a P.O box or mail box.
• A package was held at a carrier location and was not promptly picked up.
• The customer did not follow the applicable shipping or delivery requirements.
Carrier delays or forwarding errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If an order arrives with a missing or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved store credit refunds are generally limited to the affected product unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy.
For approved DOA claims, customers may receive a store credit or gift card for the cost of the affected eligible livestock.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Replacement orders may require a new shipping charge borne by the customer unless stated otherwise

Searching for Cherry Shrimp for sale? These beautiful, red-colored shrimp will stand out and look great in your tank. These shrimp are Sakura Grade which are more translucent compared to the Fire Grade Cherry shrimp we carry. They are however, still a beautiful shrimp to have in any tank.
Cherry Shrimp are graded based on their color density, and the females tend to be larger and more colorful. The scale, ranging from lowest to highest grade, goes as follows:

The Cherry Shrimp is a dwarf freshwater shrimp native to Taiwan. Due to their original habitat, these shrimp thrive in planted tanks with a variety of shelter options and hiding spots. Our Aquarium Plant Variety Packs can help you create the ideal environment for your shrimp.
Cherry Shrimp require very little feeding as long as your tank contains enough algae, biofilm, or decaying plant matter. We recommend feeding every other day with high-quality shrimp food.
Great for planted and community tanks, you can place your peaceful and friendly Cherry Shrimp with mates like Neon Tetras, Kuhli Loaches, Corydoras, and other dwarf shrimp.
Our Cherry Shrimp are shipped as young adults at a size of around 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch in length.
Sakura Cherry Shrimp Breeder Pack
We created the breeder packs to ensure that hobbyist will have the ideal ratio to start a breeding colony. The Breeder pack will consist of 7 female and 3 male shrimp. For a total of 10 shrimp.
While the 5 packs and 10 packs are random scoops from our tanks and will not guarantee a specific male to female ratio.

Idk I got 10 with the breeder pack I thought they might send 1 or 2 more extra so if any on doa because I have 2 doa and idk if those where the male ones which will suck since it’s the breeders pack spend 50 bucks on em now only one looks like it’s alive kinda sucks paying that much
Bought Sakura rcs an I was a bit worried after ordering that these were across the country.coming from a cold state.i have bought different shrimp from various vendors an sites being I like breeding them myself.some claiming to be the best.these came in quick bigger then any I've gotten before an more vibrant then any rcs I've seen, allmost look like painted rcs.acclimated them an two weeks have pàssed an they are literally the most hardy shrimp I've owned staying out an looking pretty.not one died nor looked bad. This will deff be my go to from now on.

They are stunning! I ordered the breeder pack and one of the females arrived berried. Beautiful variation to the shades of red from very pale to bright to very dark. They all arrived alive and active, and I even got an extra! The 11th shrimp looks blue but it's hard to say for sure. Ia very very happy with my shrimp and will definitely order from Shrimpy Business again!

I can’t express enough how happy I am with my order. I ordered 10 Sakura grade shrimp and received 11 BRIGHT red shrimp. They are nearly opaque, they’re so red. I was expecting a much lower quality of color and was pleasantly surprised.
All 11 are still thriving a couple weeks later and make such a fun addition to my 5gal betta tank. They were all fairly small at around 8-10mm, but have already molted once and are filling out quite nicely.
I will definitely be ordering again once I set up my 20gal :)
Very happy with my cherry shrimp! They flew all across the country snug and warm in their excellent packaging. All six healthy and vigorous. They acclimated well last night, and it was fun to watch one shoot like a comet from one side of the aquarium to the other. This morning they are feeding and happy. You can find at least one in the photo below.

Ordered these beauties, they shipped Jan 4 at 740pm, got them at 130pm in NJ Jan 6 😱. Little buggers started eating algae right away. All were alive, Didn't expect them to swim as fast as they do. My baby fish were curious, but the shrimp weren't scared....You guys are awesome sauce
