Tiger Lotus (Plant with Bulb)

Tiger Lotus or Nymphaea Zenkeri is a beautiful bulb plant. They have reddish leaves with a variegated color pattern which definitely adds a different and sunning look to any aquarium. These plants grow larger than their Dwarf Aquarium Lily cousins, so we recommend placing them in the midground or background of the aquarium.

Care for them is relatively simple, but the bulb must not be berried or it will rot. Place the bulb on the surface of the substrate and the plant roots will find their way down into the substrate overtime. They do not require high light and are extremely hardy plants that can grow in a variety of water conditions
