Julii Corydoras (Tank-Bred)

Julii Corydoras (Tank-Bred)

Description

To protect our animals and to ensure they get to our customers healthy, we will only ship orders with Nano Fish via UPS Next Day Air.

Julii Corydoras are absolutely one of our favorite small fish. If you're looking for a cute, schooling fish, these guys are for you! These Julii Corydoras we sell are bred in captivity by hobbyist and are not wild-caught. This means that they come from a sustainable source and are typically much hardier compared to wild-caught Julii Corydoras. Due to their adorable schooling behavior, these fish have become pretty sought after in the hobby. We sell them at about 1/2 inch to 1 inch in length but they can grow to a a max size at about 2 inches,

We recommend keeping these guys in groups of 5 or more for them to feel safe in a large school.

Julii  Corydoras are pretty easy to care as long as they are introduced to a mature, cycled tank. They can acclimate to a wide range of parameters.  The following are our water parameters we keep them at:

Our Tank Water Parameters

PH: 7.2 to 7.5
GH: 7 to 8
KH: 3 to 4
TDS: 180 to 250
Temp: 72 to 75

We feed them a mix of live baby brine shrimp, frozen daphnia and high-quality flake food.

All arrived very healthy!

Very lively little Corys! They all arrived healthy and were swimming around. They are all happy in their new home! We weren't sure about ordering fish online, but what a great experience!

2 out of 8 DOA but rest is good.

Out of 8, 2 DOA and 1 upside down but healed after a week of treatment/quarantine. Overall they look really good. I just wish all survived.

Everything was great except that 2 out of 6 snails were DOA

Everything was great except that 2 out of 6 snails were DOA. Cory's are loving the older 2 Julii though. C

Hi John, look like you received the snails a couple of days ago! It is normal for snails to remain in their shell after transit. Please give them 5 days in your tank! I have also reached out to you via email to stay connected on the health of those 2 mystery snails! Have a wonderful week ahead!

Love the Julii’s, but…

I did get my julii coradoras, all were alive upon arrival and seemed okay. But two died the next day. The other two are great, kicking around with the bigger cories and getting bigger.

Hi Katherine, thank you for you review! Glad that you love the rest of your order! Sorry to hera about the cory fish. I have reached out to you via email to assist you further! Have a wonderful holiday week!
