Live Arrival Guarantee
Every order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If any shrimp, fish or invertebrate arrives dead, we'll do our best to reimburse you for the lost animals. Just photograph them in the unopened bag and start a claim within 24 hours of delivery.
In the rare of case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the unopened bag.
2. Initiate a claim through our online portal within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up. The portal can be found here: INITIATE A CLAIM
3. A Refund or Gift Card will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will invoice you the shipping cost for the replacement.
4. For orders with Snail(s): It is totally normal for snails not to move for up to 5 days from arrival. Leave them in a corner of your tank for 5 days. If they have not moved within the 5 day timeframe or start to smell, email us with a photo of the snail(s) and a Refund or Gift Card will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) only. If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will invoice you the shipping cost for the replacement.
5. Claims due to packages being left outside for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures will be void.
6.The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded to another address unless the package is delivered on the same day. Forwarding of packages will usually result in an extra day or more in transit and will void our Live Arrival Guarantee. If UPS or USPS forwards your shipment in error, we do cover that type of mistake.
7. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery to the post office or UPS location for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid. This applies to cases where the customer decides to hold the package and/or cases where USPS or UPS decides to hold the package at their discretion.

The versatility of aquarium java moss makes it simple to mix things up in your personal hobbyist tank - attach it to hardscape, driftwood, or cholla wood, or let the java moss aquarium plant float freely for a lovely aquatic aesthetic that also serves as spots for coverage and breeding.
Beyond its ability to protect shrimplets and fish fry, java moss can also help maintain high water quality.
Java moss is easy to care for; its hardiness allows it to thrive in most water conditions and grow freely throughout the tank. Keep an eye on dirt buildup, excess algae growth, overgrowth and leaves that turn brown.
To propagate java moss, use scissors to cut into sections. Keep each section at about two inches in length. Disperse it throughout the aquarium and watch it naturally attach itself throughout the tank.
Our java moss are available in golf ball size and require low light.

Plants arrived in good condition promptly. Thank you. This is a test I have pH of 8 -8.2 and hard water so not the best for plants. The 5 shrimp +2 I ordered are adapted 3 months now, Yea, but no babies, maybe all females but are active and molting. I don’t want to chemically chase water parameters. Hopefully either the Java or Christmas moss will adapt, only crypts growing good so far and lots of algae, in my older well established 2 year aquarium. Might try Jungle Val’s next. Moving slowly! Just as described, a golf-ball sized ball of Java moss. It was still wet inside the zip lock baggie, I'm looking forward to seeing it spread along my tank substrate.

I don’t sent sure about it but I just set the balls of moss in the tank. They kind of float around and the shrimp do seem to like hiding in them.
