The Glowlight Tetra (Hemigrammus erythrozonus) is a stunning freshwater fish known for its silver bodies and red stripe that runs horizontally down the body. With its peaceful nature and easy maintenance, it's the perfect addition to any fish tank. Add a touch of elegance to your aquarium with this beautiful and lively fish.

Like most Tetras, we recommend keeping these guys in groups of 5 or more for them to feel safe in a large school. They will look especially stunning in a planted tank.

Glowlight Tetras are pretty easy to care as long as they are introduced to a mature, cycled tank. They can acclimate to a wide range of parameters.  

We feed them a mix of live baby brine shrimp, frozen daphnia and high-quality flake food.
