Electric Blue Balloon Longfin Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) This stunning freshwater cichlid is a selectively bred variant, desired for its vibrant electric blue coloration, uniquely rounded "balloon" body shape, and elegant, flowing long fins.

They can grow up to 2 inch in length which makes them a smaller fish. However, they can be pretty territorial and aggressive to each other. For this reason, we recommend plant cover for these fish to prevent aggression towards each other.
