Every order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If any shrimp, fish or invertebrate arrives dead, we'll do our best to reimburse you for the lost animals. Just photograph them and start a claim within 24 hours of delivery.
We guarantee the live arrival of eligible livestock when all shipping and delivery requirements are followed. If an eligible animal arrives deceased, please follow the claim requirements for the applicable product below.
In the rare of case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
To submit a claim within 12 hours of the first delivery attempt or pickup.:
β’Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the unopened bag.
β’ Take a clear photo of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish after opening the bag and lay it down on a paper towel so the quantity is clear and visible.

For approved claims, customers will receive a store credit or a gift card for the cost of the affected invertebrate(s) and/or fish, or a replacement. Replacement shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In some cases depending on the quantity and value of order we may reship the order.Β
Note : Customers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate aquarium setup and suitable water conditions before ordering an axolotl.Β
Snails
Snails may remain inactive for several days after arriving due to transportation stress.
Please allow up to 5 days for a snail to become active after arrival.
If a snail has not moved after 5 days or shows clear signs that it has died or start to smell, contact us with photos and your order number. For approved claims, customers will receive a store credit or a gift card for the cost of the affected snails, or a replacement. Replacement shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Aquatic Plants
Aquatic plants may experience temporary stress after shipping. Wilting, melting leaves or dry-looking stems do not necessarily mean that a plant has died.
Please allow the plant time to acclimate and recover after arrival for almost 15 days.
If a plant arrives severely damaged or appears to be dead upon arrival, contact us as soon as possible with the clear photos of the plant as received on info@shrimpybusiness.com
Plant claims will be reviewed individually based on the condition of the plant upon arrival.
DOA Claim Requirements
DOA claims must be submitted within the applicable timeframe listed above.
Claims may not be approved if:
β’ The required photos or documentation are not provided.
β’ The animal was left outside or unattended for an extended period.
β’ The package was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
β’ The package was forwarded to another address or the package was routed to a P.O box or mail box.
β’ A package was held at a carrier location and was not promptly picked up.
β’ The customer did not follow the applicable shipping or delivery requirements.
Carrier delays or forwarding errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If an order arrives with a missing or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds & Store Credit
Approved store credit refunds are generally limited to the affected product unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy.
For approved DOA claims, customers may receive a store credit or gift card for the cost of the affected eligible livestock.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Replacement orders may require a new shipping charge borne by the customer unless stated otherwise

About This Species
This listing is for A-S grade Blue Bolt Taiwan Bee Shrimp. The shrimp will be Juveniles around 1/4" in size.Β These Blue Bolts have awesome coloration and are in great health. Taiwan Bee Shrimp can be kept in the same tank without the risk of hybridizing. All of our Taiwan Bee shrimps can be kept in the same aquarium.

Shrimp arrive safely and securely a few days after placing the order.
All were happy and alive.
I lost two however about 48-72 hours afterwards. I did a temperature and drip acclimation as is recommended. The other three, now a week later are still thriving and fine. I also have 5 other shrimp from a variety bundle who are all doing fine as well.
The food and moss covered rocks that were also in my order are all good!

I ordered few times many different shrimps and crabs from this company. They exceeded my expectations from delivery to packaging. All my little creatures arrived safe and sound, healthy and good quality. I prefer to play safe and order from proven company and their healthy creatures.
My blue bolts have been doing great. These are my first caridinas, and I was a bit nervous about getting into them. I took my time in drip acclimating them, and everyone did really well. These guys were sent to me at the perfect age I think, as they are young and more adaptable. Iβve had no troubles so far, which was a relief for a first time caridina owner. Iβve only got 5 in their own species tank, and I think Iβll get 5 more soon so that they can have some more friends!

Customer support has not responded to me in over a week. They only sent 9 out of 10 shrimp ordered and 2 were DOA. I emailed their support multiple times and have not heard back.

All look super healthy, and have various gradations/patterns in each. Despite losing the spare, all 10 ordered acclimated easily and are active around the tank.

All 10 +1 Taiwan Bee Blue Bolt shrimp arrive within 3 days, all alive such beautiful coloration I have a new tank setup waiting for them, they werenβt moving around to much, once I placed them in it, had me a little worried, my water parameter were correct for caridina shrimp. Within the hour they where swimming around, feeding looking good.

All shrimp were nicely colored and none were DOA. There was one deep blue bolt which I was delighted to have. I lost only one shrimp after about 2 weeks. There were 12 shrimp in all giving an additional 2 shrimp. This was much appreciated. The shrimp were roughly 1/2β and have been looking healthy.
